Today, December 9th, the GBB team will be traveling to Liberty Bell HS. Please release the JV and C-squad girls' basketball players at 2:30 pm to load the bus for departure.

Calling all Seniors! Join GEAR UP for their Winter Break Bash this Monday at 6pm for a night of crafts, friends and food! Talk with the ghosts of Okanogan's past about college, career and life!

OKHS ASL Club presents Paint, “Sign”, and Sip! This will be a fun night of instructor-led painting open to anyone; ALL students, families and the community. It will be held in the cafeteria on Friday December 12th from 5:30 to 7pm. Cost is $25 which includes all supplies (you get to keep your artwork) and hot cocoa, cider and snacks. Tickets are available for purchase by either scanning the QR code from the flyer or in the HS main office. Tickets must be purchased prior to the day of the event (to ensure supplies for everyone). Join us for a great time at the ASL fundraiser to raise money for their summer ASL trip.
Attention All Tennis Players: NCAC is hosting mixed doubles every Sunday from 3 to 5 and is inviting all Okanogan middle school and high school tennis players to join us no matter your membership status. Reach out to coaches for more information.
Next Week, December 15-19th, will be a fun filled week- as a heads up- the dress up days are as follows: Monday Christmas Morning- pajamas and slippers, Tuesday Twin Day, Wednesday Ugly Sweater, Thursday Sanda Shop; Students dress like elves, Staff dress like Mr. or Mrs. Santa Claus, ASB students dress like reindeer, Friday Neon Glow Day. Start gathering your gear!
As part of next week's activities, the high school will be having a canned food drive. Be a part of the giving season and earn points for your class! Not only will it help our community, but your class will earn points toward the dress up day count for your donations! Who will bring in the most? Freshmen? Sophomores? Juniors? Or the mighty Senior class? Let the fun begin on Monday December 15th!

Drama Club meets after school TODAY in the Art room.
Art Club meets on Wednesday after school in the Art room until 4:30.
ASL Club is having a meeting during lunch on Wednesday in Mr. Brown’s room. Whether you know sign or interested in learning, come hang out.
Woods Club meets on Wednesday in the shop. Open to all current and past woods students.
Get in the holiday spirit by coming to the next FFA meeting Tuesday December 9th at 6 pm in the ag shop! We are making tie blankets with the state FFA officers and eating yummy pizza! Can't wait to see you there!

Cell Phone Reminder - This is a quick reminder to turn your cell phones off in the morning when you place them in your locker. Students should not be returning to lockers during the day to check their phones. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep our school focused and distraction-free!
Tardy Reminder Students, please remember that you must be in your classroom by 8:10 when the bell rings. Anyone arriving after 8:10 will be marked tardy.
5 tardies = 1 day of after-school detention, 10 tardies = 2 days of after-school detention
15 tardies = 3 days of after-school detention, More than 15 tardies = 1 day of In-School Suspension and so on
